Bear Den 2: Coat Drive 2004 a Success! |
| On December 12th Bear Den #2 went to the soup kitchen in Setauket with the generous coat donations made by our Pack #379. When we arrived there was not one coat on the rack and when we left, 2 racks were full of warm coats for people of all sizes. We were told the need was so great that the racks would be empty by the end of day. Our boys and their families helped sort the food and prepare for the evening dinner. As Dan who runs the kitchen said to us, “there is really no need to thank you for you should be proud of yourselves and the work you do.” We did our best!!!! |
